3️⃣ Click the + symbol under Your data segments

4️⃣ Select Customer List

5️⃣ Give your Segment a name

6️⃣ Under Data type select: Upload Emails, Phones and/or Postal Addresses

7️⃣ Save your data in a CSV file (ideally emails only)

8️⃣ Upload the CSV file

9️⃣ Choose the Membership duration and agree to the terms and conditions

Navigate to Tools & Settings → Shared Library → Audience Manager → Segments → + Add Segment → Customer List. Choose the type of identifiers (emails, phone numbers, etc.), upload your CSV file, give it a name, and click Upload and Create. Google will then hash and process the data securely before activating the audience.
