Navigate to Audience Manager
Click on New Audience
Select Custom audience
Select Customer lists
Give a Custom audience a name
Upload your Customer List and create the audience
Download Template: Emails + Mobile Ad IDs (unhashed). Save as CSV File
Note: You need to upload at least 1,000 emails
