How to Filter Specific GA4 Events in Looker Studio:


  1. Select the scorecard, table or chart you would like to work on

  2. Select "Event Count" as a Metric

  3. Scroll down under the "SET-UP" tab and click on "Add a filter"

  4. Include Event name Equals or Contains the event name you would like to filter📝 Note: You can find your Event names in GA4, either under the event column in any of your reports or under Admin > Events

    Bonus tip: Under the "SET-UP" tab, click on the pen icon to change the name of the metric "Event Count" as per your GA4 event
