If you are looking to Delete (CANCEL) the Google Ads Account, then this video is for you.
The Google Ads account will initially show as Cancelled in your Login Page
After approximately one month, it will be completely removed.
New Google Ads Interface:
1️⃣ Navigate to Admin (bottom-left corner)
2️⃣ Click on Preferences
3️⃣ Under Account status click on Cancel my account

How can I delete a Google Ads account?
To delete your Google Ads account, sign in at ads.google.com, click the “Tools & Settings” icon, go to Billing > Settings, and then click “Cancel my account.” Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account will be marked for cancellation immediately, but you can still access historical data if needed.
What happens after I delete my Google Ads account?
Once deleted, your ads stop running instantly, and you will not be charged further. Any remaining balance or credit will be automatically refunded to your payment method. Your reporting and campaign data remain accessible in read-only mode for a limited period.
Can I reactivate my Google Ads account after deleting it?
Yes. You can reactivate your account anytime by signing in again and clicking “Reactivate” in your account settings. However, campaigns that were paused or deleted will not restart automatically — you’ll need to manually set them up again.
Will deleting my Google Ads account remove my billing history and data?
No. Your billing records and performance data are preserved for compliance and reporting purposes. You can still log in and view them even after account cancellation, but you won’t be able to make changes or run new ads unless the account is reactivated.
