Where can I see comments on my Meta ads?
You can see them inside Ads Manager by clicking the Preview icon on any ad and opening the View Instagram Post or View Facebook Post link.
Can I view comments directly inside Ads Manager?
Yes, the ad preview window shows a Comments tab where you can read and reply without leaving the interface.
Can I see comments from both Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, Ads Manager shows a link for each placement so you can check comments on both platforms separately.
Why do some ads show no comments even when I see notifications?
It usually happens when the comments were left on shared versions of the ad or on organic posts connected to the ad.
