Frequently Asked Questions on How to give Access to Your Google Analytics 4 Account
How do I give someone access to my Google Analytics 4 account?
Go to Admin, choose the Account or Property level, and open Access Management. Add the user’s email and assign the permissions they need.
What permissions can I assign in GA4?
You can give roles such as Viewer, Analyst, Editor, or Administrator. Choose the lowest level needed to keep your data secure.
Should I give access at the Account or Property level?
Property-level access is usually safer because it limits the user to one GA4 setup. Account-level access gives broader control, including user management.
What email does the other person need to access GA4?
They must use a Google account, either a Gmail address or a Google-enabled business email. Without it, Analytics cannot authenticate them.
